Offices, colleges, banks and online forms often ask for "one PDF" — but what you have is five photos of pages taken on your phone. Converting images to PDF takes less than a minute once you know the right settings. Here is the simplest way to do it, on mobile or computer, for free.
Convert images to PDF in 3 steps
- Open the free Image to PDF tool.
- Select your photos — JPG, PNG or WEBP. You can select many at once.
- Arrange the order with the ↑ ↓ buttons, choose a page size and click Convert to PDF. The PDF downloads automatically.
Your images are converted inside your browser. They are not uploaded anywhere, which matters when the photos are ID cards, mark sheets or bank documents.
Which page size to choose
| Setting | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Same as image | Screenshots, photos, posters — each page keeps the photo's shape. |
| A4 | Documents for printing or submitting to Indian offices and portals. |
| US Letter | Documents for US clients or forms. |
With A4 or Letter, "Auto" orientation turns a page sideways when the photo is wider than it is tall. Add a small margin if the PDF will be printed.
Tips for clean, readable PDFs
- Take photos in good light, straight from above, with the page filling the frame.
- Crop extra background in your phone's gallery before converting.
- Keep the order right: page 1 first. Reorder in the tool if needed.
- If the PDF must be under a size limit (for example 1 MB), first shrink the photos with Compress Image and then convert.
Common mistakes
- Sideways pages — fix them afterwards with Rotate PDF.
- Huge PDF files — modern phone photos are 3–8 MB each. Compress them first.
- HEIC photos from iPhone — change the camera setting to "Most Compatible" (JPG), or convert HEIC to JPG first.
Already have PDFs?
If some pages are images and others are already PDFs, convert the images first, then join everything with Merge PDF. See how to merge and split PDF files.
