City Casa is a RERA-registered (UPRERAAGT24971) real-estate consultancy in Vrindavan Yojna, Lucknow. It does not build homes itself; it helps buyers choose between projects from 16+ developers and supports them through site visits, negotiation, documentation and home loans.
How we planned and delivered it
The website puts projects first: each project has its own card and page with type, status and price (or "price on request"), so a buyer can shortlist quickly. Two short forms — a home finder asking only name, mobile and configuration, and a Quick Connect form that continues on WhatsApp — keep enquiries fast. The RERA number and an independent-broker disclaimer are shown clearly for trust and compliance.
