Cancellation & Refund Policy

At 2ndCode, we strive to ensure client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services, cancellations and refunds are subject to the following:

• Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
• If a project is canceled before initiation, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.
• No refunds will be provided for completed milestones or delivered work.
• All refund requests must be made in writing to info@2ndcode.com.

Our team will review and resolve refund cases fairly and transparently.
